GABRIELLA ROSSI
Front Office Coordinator
Gabriella’s story is a tapestry woven from music, commitment, and human relationships. She studied at the Istituto Magistrale Canossiano in Brescia and graduated in Piano from the “Giuseppe Verdi” Conservatory in Milan.
Professional Experience:
- 1993 – 2004: Worked as a coordinator at RAS Assicurazioni.
- 2004 – 2014: Part of a specialized multi-specialty clinic, where she managed medical agendas, appointment scheduling, and administration.
- 2014 – April 2025: Served as Administrative Manager and Front Office Coordinator at a private aesthetic surgery clinic in Milan.
- Current: At VYTA, she is responsible for coordinating the Front Office activities at the Milan Medical Center.
Just like in music, every day at work is composed of different notes, unexpected rhythms, and harmonies to be built with patience and passion.

Music has been her lifelong companion: she has played the alto saxophone since the age of six with her local band, where she learned the value of harmony, listening, and teamwork.
Every experience has taught her the importance of precision, empathy, and the ability to create genuine connections with people.
