FRANCESCO SANAVIO
Psychologist & Mindfulness Coach
Dr. Francesco Sanavio is a psychotherapist at the Institute of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (ITC) in Padova and ULSS 6 – Euganea. He graduated from San Raffaele University in Milan, followed by a Master’s degree in Addictions and a specialization in Cognitive and Behavioral Psychotherapy at ITC Padova.
He is recognized as a psychotherapist at the European level according to the good practice standards of the EABCT (European Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Therapies). Dr. Sanavio is also a founding member and the scientific director of Convforth – Conversation for Therapy, an innovative startup developing software for low-intensity interventions for emotional disorders.

Dr. Sanavio is the author of articles published in peer-reviewed journals and several books, including:
